Miami Real Estate Struggles, and Builders Build
The real estate market around Miami is one of many areas where housing prices have plummeted. Realtor John Paul Rosser, who has sold property there for decades, makes money by selling plots of land to condo developers. But even he doesn't understand why some builders are still in the Miami market. Rosser speaks with Steve Inskeep.
