Designer Steroid Use Detected Among Elite Athletes

U.S. Anti-Doping Agency officials announce the discovery of a drug scandal involving top track-and-field athletes. Acting on a tip, the agency developed a test for a designer steroid previously undetectable. A number of athletes test positive for the anabolic steroid THG; their names won't be released until the findings are confirmed. NPR's Tom Goldman reports.
