NYSE Seeks Investigation into Grasso
The board of the New York Stock Exchange asks regulators to investigate the compensation package awarded to former NYSE chief Richard Grasso. The task will fall to the Securities Exchange Commission and New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer. NPR's Robert Siegel talks with John Coffee of the Columbia University Law School.
