Youth Radio: Returning from Iraq Over the next few months, more than 200,000 U.S. soldiers will move in and out of Iraq, in one of the largest troop movements in U.S. history. 24-year-old Gaurav Taneja has already come home. He fought with the Second Battalion, 23rd Marines Fox Company when they invaded Iraq. He spent his childhood in India, and joined the U.S. military at 17. Now, he is both a college student and a veteran. His commentary came to us through Youth Radio.
