Oregon Judge Stops Issue of Gay Marriage Licenses

An Oregon judge orders Multnomah County to cease offering gay marriage licenses. The county was the nation's last jurisdiction issuing licenses for same-sex unions. The judge's order comes as the Oregon Supreme Court prepares to rule on the issue. Multnomah began issuing the licenses on March 3.
