Serbian Election Colored by Kosovo's Future
Serbs go to the polls Sunday in the second round of their presidential election. The runoff, between the current president and his rival, is being dominated by the issue of Kosovo.
With that province's declaration of independence from Belgrade all but certain, the vote is shaping up as a referendum on whether Serbia will chose a pro-western or pro-Russian path.
