High Court Orders More Debate on Cheney Energy Papers

The Supreme Court refuses to order Vice President Dick Cheney to turn over documents from a secret energy task force. In a 7-2 vote, the high court rules that a lower court should hear more arguments weighing executive privilege against a 1972 federal open government law that requires documents from government panels be made public.
