Michael Phelps wins two Olympic gold medals, in the 200-meter butterfly and as a member of the U.S. 200-meter freestyle relay team. He now has five total medals, three gold and two bronze.
Phelps has three races left in the Games, and could possibly finish with eight medals. The number would be a record for a swimmer in a single Olympiad. NPR's Tom Goldman reports.
