N. Korea's Nuclear Program Stirs New Debate
North Korea's public announcement that it has produced nuclear arms has created fresh speculation about how many weapons it possesses. North Korea has also pulled out of six-nation talks on its nuclear program, calling for independent negotiations with the United States.
