Rights Group: Ethiopian Attacks on Ethnic Minority Group
A report by the international group Human Rights Watch claims Ethiopian troops have murdered, raped and tortured hundreds of people from a particular ethnic group over the last two years. NPR's Alex Chadwick speaks with Chris Albin-Lackey, author of the report, about the involvement of Ethiopian troops and civilians in attacks on the Anuak people.
