Attacks Mar Israeli-Palestinian Talks
Two deadly attacks in the Middle East have not completely derailed peace negotiations between Israelis and Palestinians. But the process is again on shaky ground. Dion Nissenbaum, Jerusalem bureau chief for the McClatchy newspaper chain, offers his insights in a conversation with Scott Simon.
