A grand jury in Texas has indicted polygamist leader Warren Jeffs and some of his followers on charges of felony sexual assault of a child. The criminal indictments follow the massive child custody battle between the state of Texas and Jeffs' Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
