Iraq Missile Destruction President Bush dismisses an Iraqi pledge to destroy its stockpile of Al Samoud-Two missiles beginning Saturday. Mr. Bush says the move is part of what he calls Saddam Hussein's campaign of deception. Meanwhile, elements of Iraq's elite Republican Guard are reportedly moving closer to Baghdad.
