Russia is cracking down on its corrupt traffic cops. They're known for taking lots of bribes. And Russia's roads are renown for being some of the world's most dangerous. One solution: hire more women. A Russian newspaper reports the country's first traffic police unit made up of women-only will soon take to the streets. The police chief tells the paper that research shows women are less corrupt than men. This is MORNING EDITION
