MONTAGNE: Jim Haskaski saw the bridge collapsed. He was watching from a 13th floor hotel room.
Mr. HASKASKI: I saw a huge plume of debris and dust rising as if you were watching a film of one of these old buildings being demolished. And I went to the window and I observed that there was no more freeway on 35-W.
MONTAGNE: That's Jim Haskaski. He saw the highway bridge that spans the Mississippi River outside Minneapolis collapse last night.
