A scrap of paper found in upscale East Hampton offers a glimpse into the life of resident David Tepper. The hedge fund manager dropped his ATM receipt. A passerby passed it on to the Wall Street gossip blog DealBreaker.com. Tepper has been credited with causing market rallies with his investment advice. The receipt shows a balance in his account just under $100 million, minus the ATM fee of $2.75.
