The U.S. and Russia may not have found common ground on America's proposed anti-missile defense system, but at least there were no embarrassing ice- skating mishaps for America's top diplomat. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice declined a chance to show off her talents at a Russian ice rink. The former ice skating champion joked, there's a theory it's like riding a bicycle. I'm not going to take that chance.
