And if you want to kick it up another notch, you can spend a bit more and have your thousand-dollar bagel preserved for eternity. Our last word in business is bronzing. The technique is commonly associated with baby shoes, but customers send all sorts of items to the bronzing vats.
Food items are difficult to bronze, but not impossible. One company called The Bronzery says it will encase your bagel, forever keeping it from going stale, for the price of $98.95.
