RENEE MONTAGNE, HOST:

Good morning. I'm Renee Montagne. A company specializing in bytes is offering a special flavor for your 4 of July. IBM's Watson is out with Watson's own barbecue sauce. The supercomputer first showed off its intellectual prowess on Jeopardy. Now Watson is ready for the Food Channel. After analyzing massive numbers of recipes, Watson went gourmet with a sauce containing a dozen of ingredients, including white wine, butternut squash, dates, Thai chilies and tamarind. It's MORNING EDITION.
