Good morning, I'm Linda Wertheimer. The alpine village near Mt. Cook on New Zealand's South Island is holding an outdoor vintage car rally. But, the island swarms with native parrots that are attracted to shiny objects, like cars. The club has enlisted 40 members of a local karate club to ward off the parrots. A local wildlife official says water pistols would work just as well as karate.
