RENEE MONTAGNE, host:
About 300 Marines who had been fighting in Anbar province returned home over the weekend. They were greeted with cheers at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. One of them, Staff Sergeant Joseph Bering, met his 3-month-old daughter for the first time. While in Iraq, eight battalion members were killed and 40 seriously injured.
