STEVE INSKEEP, HOST:

Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep.

Here's your chance to let out the emotions of this crazy time. A group that promotes Iceland created a phone app that will listen to your scream. You howl into the phone, and your scream will play from loudspeakers in the stark Icelandic wilderness.

(SOUNDBITE OF ARCHIVED RECORDING)

UNIDENTIFIED PEOPLE: (Screaming).

INSKEEP: Yep. Your voice will echo along the waterfalls and retreating glaciers, and you might even feel better. (Screaming) It's MORNING EDITION.
