The Olympic flame has reached the top of the world — Mount Everest. And now its carriers can now stop for a doughnut. It might be the highest bakery in the world that sends the warm smell of banana bread and cake into the icy air of the Everest base camp. Baker Dawa Steven Sherpa uses a gas oven light enough to be carried by a porter and his baking involves a lot of trial and error, he says, since the oven doesn't have a temperature indicator.
