STEVE INSKEEP, host:
Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep.
Bigfoot has a little extra bounce in his step. Two researchers heard the legendary creature was found encased in a block of ice. They paid an undisclosed amount for the privilege of melting it. Only then did they learn Sasquatch was just a rubber gorilla suit. Maybe the first clue should have been the men who sold the ice. They run the Bigfoot Tip Line, where the voicemail proclaims they also search for leprechauns and the Loch Ness Monster.
It's MORNING EDITION.
